The Light They Tried To Dim:  A Reconnection to Sunlight, Rhythm and The Healing Pulse of Earth

By :  Jennifer Lisa Way | Soul Way Frequencies

There is a rhythm that lives beneath all things.

It pulses in the soil, rides the breath of the wind and streams from the rising of the sun.

It is the original healing rhythm – the one that predates medicine, machines and man-made time.

It is the language of Sunlight.

We have forgotten the Rhythm That Heals Us.

In our modern lives, we have been pulled far from nature’s rhythms.

We wake up to alarms, not Sunlight.

We scroll screens before we step outside.

We have lost our connections to the Earth’s light and frequency.

But ….your cells remember, your bones remember and your soul remembers.

You remember how the sunlight guided your ancestors, how it synchronized your energy, your hormones and your healing.

You remember the peace of rising with the sun and winding down with the Earth.

The Power of  Sunlight

Early morning sunlight is a form of human photosynthesis, and it plays a critical role in cellular vitality, hormone balance and even emotional regulation.

1. Why 7AM Sunlight is So Vital

Early morning sunlight (roughly from sunrise to 8:30AM) is rich in red and near-infrared wavelengths and has very low to no UV and no harmful blue light.

  • This sunlight activates photoreceptors in the retina, which signal the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) – the body’s master circadian clock.
  • The SCN then regulates everything from melatonin and cortisol to metabolism and cellular repair.

2. Mitochondria & ATP:  Solar Recharging the Human Cell

  • Mitochondria – your cellular energy factories – have chromophores (light-sensitive molecules) that absorb red and near-infrared light.
  • This boosts ATP (adenosine triphosphate) production, your cell’s energy currency.  More ATP= better detox, healing, regeneration and even fat metabolism.
  • Think of it as charging your spiritual solar panels at sunrise.

3. Melatonin Isn’t Just for Sleep – It’s for Healing

  • Morning sun exposure triggers melatonin to begin its nightly production cycle, even though it won’t be released until dark.
  • Melatonin is not just a sleep hormone – it is the master antioxidant inside your mitochondria, neutralizing free radicals and protecting your DNA.

4. Belly Fat & Sunlight

  • Mitochondria dysfunction and circadian disruption are now linked to visceral (belly) fat.
  • Morning sun helps restore circadian alignment, reduces cortisol dysregulation and supports fat burning processes – especially brown fat activation, which burns white fat for warmth and energy.

5. Blue Light – The Disrupter

  • Artificial blue light from screens and indoor lighting overstimulates melanopsin in the eye, which suppresses melatonin, disrupts sleep and stresses mitochondria.
  • Blue light at the wrong time of day = confusion for the cells = fatigue, weight gain, brain fog.

6. You Are The Photosynthesizing Priest and Priestess

  • Your DNA is not just a code- it is an antenna that receives and responds to light frequencies.  Red and infrared light especially activate dormant healing codes in your cellular memory
  • You are not imagining this – you are remembering this cellularly.

Early sunlight exposure realigns the soul with the Earth’s natural rhythm.  This is how you anchor in light codes – not just spiritually, but biologically as well.

We are solar beings.

We are circadian creatures.

We are coded to rise, thrive and rest by the movement of light across the sky.

Let Us Remember The Day’s Sacred Light Codes

Each phase of sunlight carries a different message – like Mother Earth’s voice changing tone as she guides you through your day:

1. Sunrise Light ( 5:30-8:30AM)

Color Spectrum: Red, Gold, Infrared

Vibration: Awakening, Rooting, Realigning

This is the signal to reset your entire system. There is almost no UV or Blue light, which makes this moment a gentle and nourishing reset for your circadian rhythm.

What happens when you witness sunrise light:

  • Your brain releases serotonin, your mood and motivation chemical
  • It suppresses melatonin, so you can awaken with clarity and calm
  • Mitochondria (your energy producers) absorb red light, boosting ATP (cellular fuel)
  • Stem cells are gently activated and informed for tissue healing and regeneration
  • Your hormonal cycle, digestion and mental focus for the day are calibrated with Earth’s energy field

Soul Truth:  Morning sunlight isn’t just illumination.  It’s an activation of remembrance.  This is the light of your ancestors.  It syncs your body, mind and spirit to Mother Earth’s breath

2. Mid-Morning Sunlight (9:00-11:30AM)

Color Spectrum:  More Blue Light Introduced, Mild UV-A

Vibration:  Focus, Clarity, Charge

As the sun rises higher, blue light increases.  This blue is natural and helpful in balance – it triggers alertness, focus and metabolism.

What this phase does:

  • Boosts dopamine, enhancing  drive and memory
  • Increases cortisol to energize and support healthy stress response
  • UV-A begins to dilate blood vessels via nitric oxide, improving circulation
  • Brain function sharpens for creativity and logic

But beware:  If you skip early red light and only get blue light from screens, this becomes disruptive, over activating the brain without balance – leading to anxiety, fatigue and burnout.

3. Solar Noon Light (12:00-1:30PM)

Color Spectrum:  Peak UV-B, Strong Blue + UV-A

Vibration: Build, Burn, Empower

This is the highest point of light intensity – when the sun is directly overhead.  This light is not meant to be feared – it is a sacred  builder when used wisely.

What this light does:

  • Triggers Vitamin D synthesis in your skin, supporting immune function, hormones and mood
  • Stimulates thyroid and metabolic health
  • Supports the body’s fat-burning phase (especially visceral fat)
  • Encourages mental clarity and discipline

Soul Memory:  In indigenous wisdom, this is the “Sun at Zenith) – the time to act, lead, speak and embody your power.

Tip:  Receive 5-20 minutes of skin exposure (without sunscreen) to allow your body to absorb the codes of strength.

4. Mid-Afternoon Light (2:00-4:30PM)

Color Spectrum:  Blue still strong, UV fades

Vibration:  Reassessment, Wind Down

The light begins to shift again.   The sun’s arc declines and UV intensity fades.

What’s happening Now:

  • Digestive fire weakens and you may notice lower energy – this is natural
  • Your body begins preparing for blood sugar stabilization and evening regulation
  • Blue light dominance from screens can be damaging now – use blue light blockers if indoors

Soul Signal:  This is the window for reflection and integration, not new initiation.

5. Sunset Light (6:00-8:00PM)

Color Spectrum:  Deep Reds, Gold, Infrared

Vibration:  Surrender, Healing, Closure

This is the bookend to sunrise.  Your pineal gland receives the signal to release melatonin, beginning the internal cascade of regeneration.

What sunset light initiates:

  • Nervous system downshifting into parasympathetic rest mode
  • Hormonal cascade for cellular repair, detox and immunity
  • Deep mitochondria activation through infrared light
  • Sleep clock entrainment for true rest and lucid dream access

Soul Truth:  This is the womb of the day – where you close the sacred circuit, reflect and prepare for rebirth through sleep.

The Role of Artificial Light:  Why We Feel So Off

We are surrounded by blue light 24/7 – from phones, LEDs, TVs, house lights, school lights, light at the office and street lamps.  This kind of blue light is unbalanced – it never changes, it never rests or shifts and transitions into natural rhythmic phases.

Effects of overexposure to artificial blue light:

  • Suppresses melatonin (you can’t sleep or repair)
  • Disrupts hunger and insulin response
  • Triggers mitochondria stress
  • Confuses your master clock, leading to fatigue, brain fog, weight gain and emotional dysregulation

What is even worse is that it separates you from Mother Nature and the natural rhythmic phases our cells still remember.

You Are The Rhythm

You are not meant to live in static light.  You are meant to rise, build, release, and rest in sync with the natural pulses of the Earth – the ocean tides, the sun arcs, the moon cycles and the light spectrum.

When you return to the circadian rhythm of sunlight, you will:

  • Sleep deeper
  • Digest better
  • Heal faster
  • Burn stored fat
  • Feel emotionally grounded
  • Reconnect to Source

This is your soul’s natural state.  This is what the trees, leaves blowing in the wind, the wind chimes singing, the ocean waves flowing and your ancestors are all trying to remind you of.

Let This Be Your Return

Tomorrow, let the sunrise kiss your skin.

Look and gaze at the safe infrared sunrise light.

Let the sunrise light ignite your mitochondria and whisper to your pineal gland:

“Begin Again”

Let the midday sun empower you.

Let the golden hour hold you.

You are not lost.

You are simply realigning with your original light code.

They tried to dim your light – but you are remembering  now.

And when one of us remembers, it sends a ripple and signal to us all.

Let the Light Glow Brighter than ever in Each of Us breaking through the constraints placed on Evolution.

Love
