Sacredly Remembering Who You Are

There are so many distractions that are designed to pull you away from the truth of your being.

This world, matrix, hologram thrives on you forgetting who you are and how powerful your soul truly is. People get lost in being occupied with the latest gadget, technology or iPhone. The “news” keeps people in fear. People are so focused on outer events that they get sick in the attempt to keep up with the JONES’. When you get stuck in this matrix loop, it will distract and busy you mind, but, you did not come here to embody that story.

You came here to Remember.

You came here to Rise.

Beneath the distractions, beneath the confusion, there is a sacred thread that cannot be severed.

It is the memory of your divine origin …the part of you that remembers peace, freedom, joy and truth.

It pulses quietly in your heart, in your dreams and in your moments of stillness.

It is waiting for you to listen.

The time of deep remembering has arrived.

The illusions will grow louder.

The distractions will demand more of your attention.

But ….your soul knows the way back.

Every act of self-love, every breath taken in awareness, every choice to heal leads you to a small revolution that dismantles the false matrix and rebuilds your true life your soul came here to experience.

You are not here to survive a broken system.

You are here to thrive beyond it.

So, how do you begin to remember?

You return to the body.

You return to the breath.

You return to the still voice within.

1. Breath is the First Portal

Begin with your breath. Inhale for 4 seconds. Hold for 4 seconds. Exhale for 6-8 seconds.

Let your exhale be longer than your inhale. This signals to your nervous system to shift from flight or flight into rest and repair. This is the beginning of remembrance.

It’s not just about calming.

It’s about anchoring.

2. Anchor Into The Body

Bring your awareness to your body.

Feel your feet on the ground.

Notice your spine lengthening.

Touch your heart space.

This physical awareness brings your soul back into the present moment; back into the body temple.

This is not random. This is done consciously to connect body, mind and soul.

3. Listen For The Soul’s Whisper

Your soul speaks through your body. Goosebumps. A deep sigh. A sudden yawn. A cough out of nowhere.

These are not coincidences ….they are clearings.

Every twitch, gurgle or tear is a language. Your body is releasing what no longer aligns with your soul’s truth.

4. Feel What Is Real

Let the memories return …not of your past here, but of your truth.

You are not here to struggle and barely survive or scrape by.

You are here to be a living bridge to the New Earth.

A sacred, awakened being who walks in a human body, holding codes for love, truth and creation.

This is not just a blog. This is a wake-up call!

The more of us who remember, the more energy we pour into the light grid.

We Rise Faster. We Create Quicker. We Manifest Instantly. We become who we were always encoded to be.

You are not late.

You are right on time.

And you are not alone.

We didn’t come here to just survive …We came here remember, to awaken and to Rise Together.

Every breath back into your truth unravels the illusion and awakens the light code within us.
