Soul Way Frequencies was born from my own Phoenix Rising …a transformation that changed everything.
After 23 years in a verbally, emotionally and mentally abusive relationship, everything finally changed when he had an affair. This discovery became my ticket out. Suddenly a single mother of three young boys, I was navigating the unknown.
Being in the trenches teaches you a lot. I learned that sailors don’t master the seas in calm waters. I was surviving my new life, but now what?
One day, a friend asked how I was doing and I said “I’m surviving.” She responded “OK, now I’m going pray for you to thrive.” Those words struck deep in that season. I could feel her prayer working. I was dreaming again. I could feel the light returning.
I began saying yes to inspired action. I pursued continuing education. I leaned into faith. I let Spirit lead.
Day by day, my life began to shift. A vision kept returning: What if I hosted retreats?
Not just any retreats – sacred, soul-led spaces for people like me. Women and Men who had already done so much healing, but were still asking, What Now?
I wanted to create space for those who had survived major life changes and were now ready to thrive.
Women and Men who had forgotten how to dream. Those who didn’t know the next step, but felt something stirring within.
I wanted to help people remember their power. I wanted to honor the courage it took to survive and to guide them into the next version of their healed thriving life.

MEET YOUR HOST
Jennifer Way
My name is Jennifer Lisa Way and I’ve spent over 20 years holding sacred space for healing – not just as a profession, but as my soul’s assignment.
I am a Healer.
This path began through massage therapy but quickly expanded. My sessions have always been about more than bodywork. They are rooted in presence, intuition and energy alignment.
I am a mother to three boys, 20, 15 and 13. I remarried a Godly man whose love language is Acts of Service (yay me!) After years in survival mode, I now thrive in a life of alignment, joy and purpose.
The journey here wasn’t easy.
When I was nine, my father was murdered. My mother fell into a decade long depression. This allowed lots of time with my grandparents. My grandfather introduced me to the Holy Spirit. My grandmother taught me about the old ways of healing, the power of prayer and words, plant medicine, and laying hands to heal my babies once I had them.
The seeds were planted early. I have been walking with healing frequencies ever since.

Now, I create spaces for others to do the same!
Through Soul Way Frequencies, I guide women and men who are ready to shed old stories, reset their nervous systems, reconnect with their inner power and rise into the frequency they came here to embody.
